I had a difficult time getting this upper to cycle properly. The Oceanside retail store staff made a couple of recomendations that were right on. As it turned out I needed to change the buffer spring to a heavier guage and now it cycles great. The more rounds I put through it the more I like this upper. Great product. |

I was told it could take up to 180 days to received my order, but somehow I got it in about 45. This upper is heavy, but runs flawlessly. It comes with a few rail sections that can be slid anywhere along the sides and bottom of the handguard for optimal customization. I was able to slap steel at 300 yards using a cheap nikon scope meant for an ar15, and a stock gritty trigger. |

Ajax 308 By: Reno on 04/25/2015 06:14:46 AM As others have said, the bolt sticks in the chamber when trying to eject an unfired round. Cleaned and lubed thoroughly, changed charging handles to a VLTOR, then Raptor, still no joy. Only have 50 rounds through it. Soaked the bolt overnight in light machine oil, still no change. What did the trick was liberal use of M-Pro 7 on the bolt. Will update after the range test. |

AR10 Ajax By: NorCal Dave on 12/21/2014 11:09:26 AM Bought 3..All of them the action sticks with a round in the chamber. Shoots fine but HARD to cycle action with live round. Had to tap charge handle to open them. Got a little better after a good cleaning but still sticky. Ran 40 rounds through it still same. Hope it wears in soon. Other then that a really will made unit |

Nice upper bad Charging handle By: crjets on 12/06/2014 02:11:30 AM
Right when I got it I went to the range (after cleaning of course). It worked fine but the charging handle kept getting stuck. I wouldn't be able to pull back at all. I bought a rainier arms Raptor charging handle now everything works great. Also had to stop shooting because they didn't put lock tight on the screws that hold the hand guard on. So watch for those two things and you will be very happy. |
