We have launched a new email system to communicate with our loyal and patient customers in a timely manner. Our Customer Service Team of Representatives are doing their best to reply to emails; we are averaging a response within 72 hours.

We are answering phone calls during regular business hours (PST) and we are returning calls at this time.


STOCK UPDATE

All of our forged 80 percent products are out of stock. We are doing everything we can to reduce lead times on our out of stock products. We have implemented an email system, as well as hired additional people to help. Please bear with us through this stage as we grow to better serve our customers. PLEASE place your order only if you are willing to wait for your product(s). We do NOT want you to place an order if you are not 100 percent sure that you are willing to wait!

We are holding strong as one of the few companies that refuse to price gouge. Please be aware several of our distributors are already gouging us. There are products that we are now selling below our cost. If this continues, we will be forced to raise prices.

AR15 Lower Receivers (RAW)

We are shipping in chronological order. To date our shipping team is packaging up orders placed on January 6, 2013.

We are shipping in chronological order. We are currently shipping orders that were placed on December 30, 2012.

AR15 JIGS

ALL CUSTOMERS have been upgraded to a STEEL TOP PLATE, instead of aluminum.
We are shipping in chronological order. We are currently shipping orders that were placed on December 21, 2012.

AR10

We are shipping in chronological order. We are currently shipping orders that were placed on January 7, 2013.

RUDIUS

We are in the process of resolving quality issues with the manufacturer. As many customers already know, the first run lead to it's redesign. After rejecting numerous samples, the last sample was received and endured quality tests.

We are happy to announce the last sample passed our quality control testing with flying colors; and with the sample now approved - production run has begun.

When we begin shipping it will be done in chronological order - following suit with RAW, Anodized and Jig back-orders.
