(Part 1 of a 2 Part Series)

Dear Friends of Ares Armor,

The saying goes, �March comes in like a lion�and goes out like a lamb.� Weather aside in March 2015, we cannot go out like lambs. President Obama and his administration are acting like they�re, �The Lion Kings.� The latest battle is more than a proposed ammo ban. It�s another attempt at a �Gun Grab,� and taking a big bite out of our constitutional rights as law-abiding Americans.

President Obama has shown he can go golfing right before the U.S. Government Shutdown, and the Osama bin Laden raid, as well as right after the known execution of American journalist James Foley. Like you, we�re different at Ares Armor.

We�re gun enthusiasts and gun owners, just like you. Hence, the only thing we�re teeing up at this time is a plan to protect our right to bear arms, to have the ammunition we want, and to preserve the 2nd Amendment.

We must fight.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) proposed ban on the manufacturing, importation, and sale of SS109 and M855 ammunition must be stopped.

This unique �interpretation� of the law clearly violates our 2nd Amendment rights, as well as the truth. Banning so-called �armor piercing ammunition� pierces the hearts and souls of what our nation�s forefathers and U.S. Veterans have believed in�The United States Constitution.

The proposed SS109 and M855 Ammo Ban by President Obama, the ATF, and the DOJ pierces the hearts and souls of U.S. Veterans and all Americans who have the legal right to own an AR-15 and use it.

Backdoor Bid to Ban the AR-15

The president is aiming to reclassify AR-15 bullets as a threat to law enforcement. It�s a new spin to win the battle he lost before.

Following the Sandy Hook massacre in 2012, President Obama�s assault-weapon ban got shot down by Congress. He angrily said at the time, �This effort is not over.� At least he was honest about that.

How is this Happening?

Let�s make it really simple. Look at what your parents or mentors might have told you about bullying. Why do bullies pick on people?

Because it�s allowed.

This isn�t the first time a U.S. President has not worked well with the U.S. Congress. It isn�t the first time the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives have been trumped by a president�s executive actions.

Do you remember the recent issues such as Gay Marriage and Immigration? Members of both sides of the aisle in the U.S. Congress sure do. 

Our forefathers were willing to fight and die for American rights. Our military heroes across this great land, (including those we proudly have on our team at Ares Armor), have lived the exact same way.  

Even if you are not an AR-15 owner or advocate, ask yourself:

1. If members of the U.S. Armed Forces can carry a rifle to defend the United States of America and its interests, should they be banned from legally using the rifle and ammunition of their choice?
2. Should you as an American be banned from those same rights?
3. Isn�t it time we take a turn and stand behind our nation�s forefathers, our veterans, and this constitutional right of all Americans?
4. Will you support Ares Armor in our proud fight to stop the proposed ban on the manufacturing, importation, and sale of SS109 and M855 ammunition?
   

We�ll be piercing our own coats of armor if we don�t come together now.
