Custom made to our specs for both our own Rudius 80% 1911 and any other 80% 1911 on the market. Instead of just grabbing the 'closest' tooling off the shelf, we went and had it custom made to the proper specifications. Included in the tooling kit is a custom ground keyway cutter for cutting the slide rails to the proper height and depth; and a custom ground ball endmill for cutting the barrel seat to the proper radius. Also included in the kit is the 3 correct size drill bits for drilling the sear pin, hammer pin, and safety holes. Proudly made in the USA.
Due to the custom nature of building your own 1911 minor fitting and polishing maybe required after machining for the perfect fit.
