Ares Armor Combat XII Medical PackTactical GearBorn out of a necessity for a medium-sized trauma bag without giving up any maneuverability in the gunfight, we introduce the Combat Medical Pack. Based on the Combat XII Pack , the CMP is designed to be worn as a direct attach or strap-worn system; it is a realistic compromise between size and speed. Designed on the real world experiences of the Ares Armor staff this pack comes ready to carry all the necessary battlefield trauma supplies in kinetic operations. Sorry Band-aids, hitch a ride somewhere else. The top pouches can still carry M-16 and LR magazines; however, are large enough to carry 500mL IV bags. For this reason flaps have been added to these pouches to ensure UV rays do not come in contact with the bags. A small GP pouch is sized for items like a field surgical kit, OPAs, NPAs and cricothyrotomy kits. A 5x5 pouch comes with a dedicated chest seal pouch in order to maintain integrity of the seals. The back panel of the 5x5 is Velcro MOLLE so you can add either the included Velcro pouches or other MOLLE pouches. The main compartment maintains the hydration pocket but has Velcro MOLLE on both interior walls to use the included pouches or MOLLE pouches. The pack comes with (2) 12 inch zippered Velcro pouches and (2) 9 inch zippered Velcro pouches. It includes (5)Velcro single loops perfect for compression bandages, (1) multi-loop perfect for decompression needles and catheters, and a threader to put the loops on. Nylon InventoryAres keeps nylon gear in-stock, but great numbers are made to order; therefore Ares Armor tactical nylon items are not listed as live inventory. Overall i love the bag there are like two improvements that should be made but this is as close to perfect as i have found. My fellow medics have the M9 bag I am the only one with a bag from ares armor and i must say they are slightly jealous. after adding two extra 9 in pouches this bag holds every thing theres does plus fluid plus a few other things. Plus, its so easy to access the gear. the clips make it the best if i run low in my thigh rig i swing bag over shoulders to my front and un zip my bag and pull puches or quickly grab the gear I need then throw it back over my head and never stop. Plus, I'm 6 foot 4 and 240 pounds its hard to get in and out of a traditional back pack style bag quickly. I will recommend this product over and over thank you Ares Armor and to any one interested in this bag take a close look. but like i said i added 2 extra 9 inch pouches and changes the factory lay out of pouches and it is great.I have sewed the two top straps so its more secure on clips now and it is making my journey in afghanistan with me on my back. |

Since I've gotten this pack I've run it through all the environments I will ever use it in. It packs up all of my kit including some things that were previously difficult to carry. Having it clipped into my plate carrier without straps has become one of the most useful things to have and while it's a little difficult to fit into vehicles, it releases quick enough that it's not much of a bother. |

We have 4 of these on our team for our Tems guys ( me being one of them) and we love them. I have enough to treat 2 patients from the bag in a hot/warm zone. I clip it to my vest and can drop it quickly with the 4 buckles. Its a little difficult to get into our suburban with it on unless I lay the seat way back. |
