Archimedes Ar15 lower parts kit

I want to start out by saying I respect and admire Ares Armor for standing up against the ATF and I will continue purchasing their products for that reason. Ok here is my review of the Archimedes AR-15 lower parts which I give a 4 out of 5 star rating too. The overall pricing for this kit is excellent; you can�t beat it for what you�re getting. The kit comes with no instructions but is easy to figure out if you ever put together an AR-15 lower, other than that you will be hunting YouTube for instructional videos. With instructions Ares gets the other star� I suggest new builders go to the CMMG website and look up the lower parts kit tutorial for step by step instruction. Ok here we go: 1. The CMC 3.5 Flat Trigger is awesome but the anti-walk pins are ehhh just ok. They fit loose on my lower, moving side to side which in the long run will create rattle. I suggest buying the KNS pin kit to go with your CMC trigger which is a nice tight fit. While you�re buying consider purchasing the KNS push button take down and pivot pin. 2. The Gavel ambidextrous safety selector is nice but you�re going to have to get used to the short throw. I like it because it�s all business when it counts� if you know what I mean!! Some people claim that it fits loose but that might be a detent pin depth issue where it internally meets the selector. 8o% lowers are not all perfect. I purchased two kits and one fit perfect the other I had to clean up with a drill bit and now the Gavel performs better than my other builds. 3. The Ares Armor Ergo grip is outstanding�well done  4. The Billet trigger guard is ehh just ok. You had better like it because once it goes in it isn�t coming out just saying� 5. Overall all the parts I received worked well with the exception of the bolt catch spring provided. Either the spring was crushed a bit during delivery or it was a manufacture defect. I had an extra one so I used it instead. Like I said earlier the price for this kit is an outstanding deal and I would highly recommend it to others. I would also like to add that I purchased a couple of Effin-A compensators and I am very satisfied with them as well. There is a slight noticeable difference in semi auto fire but when you flip the switch to Chaos your weapon will perform like a laser�100% BADASS.
