Manufacturing Process:

The Ares Armor brand, Full Spectrum (FS) Holster is constructed from a rugged .080 Kydex brand thermoplastic. The use of .080 material thickness has shown to be incredibly durable and capable of handling the requirements of the FS user. Unlike the typical book pressed �kydex� product, Ares Armor brand holsters are vacuum formed. This method provides superior definition in comparison to conventional methods producing a distinct retention characteristic that most shooters prefer to other styles of forming.
