When you travel out of California or use it on a rimfire configuration, you can screw it in a few more turns and use it like a normal magazine release button. When you unscrew the wrench, it returns the inner nut to the original position. You can remove the tool to return your rifle to a California Legal configuration. Bullet Button is not included, to be purchased separately.
