Email and Phone Update

We have launched a new email system to communicate with our loyal and patient customers in a timely manner. Our Customer Service Team of Representatives are doing their best to reply to emails; we are averaging a response within 72 hours. Stock Update

All of our 80 percent products and 1/4 our nylon products are out of stock. We are doing everything we can to reduce lead times on our out of stock products. We have implemented a new email system, as well as hired additional people to help. Please bear with us through this stage as we grow to better serve our customers. PLEASE place your order only if you are willing to wait for your product(s). We are spending large amounts of money to drastically reduce lead times. We do NOT want you to place an order if you are NOT 100 PERCENT SURE that you are willing to wait!

We are one of the few companies that refuse to price gouge. Please be aware that several of our distributors are already gouging us. There are more than a few products that we are now selling below our cost. If this continues, we will be forced to raise prices.

AR-15 RAW Lowers

We are shipping in chronological order. To date our shipping team is packaging up orders placed on January 3, 2013.

Those who ordered on or prior to January 3, 2013 can expect a shipment email with tracking information. If your order was placed after January 3, 2013; we will be getting to you soon as shipping will be chronological to order dates.

AR-15 Anodized Lowers

We are shipping in chronological order. We are currently shipping orders that were placed on December 28, 2012.

Those who ordered on or prior to December 28, 2012 can expect a shipment email with tracking information. If your order was placed after December 28, 2012; we will be getting to you soon as shipping will be chronological to order dates.

AR-10

Production is starting on Monday. We expect a 35-45 day production run time.

AR-15 Jigs

Our manufacturer has projected delivery of 500 units to us every 2 weeks. Based on this projection it will take approximately 9 weeks to work through the back-order. ALL CUSTOMERS have been upgraded to a STEEL TOP PLATE, instead of aluminum.

Rudius

We are in the process of resolving quality issues with the manufacturer. As many customers already know, the first run lead to it's redesign. After rejecting numerous samples, our manufacturer had given us a written promise to have an in-spec sample by July 31, 2013.

Good news. We are in receipt of sample a few days before manufacturer's written promise. If this sample successfully passes quality control with nothing less than flying colors; we will be able to fill all back-orders in 3-4 weeks. We fully expect this sample to pass and hope to have the part approved by Friday if all goes well with quality testing.
