The Ares Armor Plate Carrier Silencer was conceptualized by a Marine Sniper and intended to provide the operator with quick, easy and silent adjustment of the plate carrier. By inserting the silencer where the Velcro fitting flap would normally go, the operator can adjust or remove the plate carrier by solely clipping or un-clipping the buckles, therefore maintaining sound discipline.
