Ares Armor's Atlas Ruck is made for long range patrols and extended field operations. It is designed to handle the rigors of Maritime or Aerial missions. The pack itself is slightly bigger than the large military mountain ruck. It features 7 external GP pouches, 1 admin pouch, and 2 long pouches usable as hydration carriers or 119 Foxtrot sized radio carriers. There is an internal radio pouch for any sized man packable radio. Connection points are not stitched permanently into the ruck making in-field repairs possible. The Top Flap is easily and silently removed and has hidden shoulder straps turning it into a simple short ranged pack. Extra padding has been added at points where the body normally comes into contact with the frame. This adds comfort and increases combat effectiveness by allowing the operator to keep his mind focused on the mission at hand, not on adjusting his ruck. The Atlas Ruck Package Deal comes with: Blackhawk! Alice Frame, Neoprene Padded Shoulder Straps, Neoprene Padded Kidney Pad, Removable 6 Hour Top Flap, and extra replacement buckles.
