We have launched a new email system to communicate with our loyal and patient customers in a timely manner. Our Customer Service Team of Representatives are doing their best to reply to emails; we are averaging a response within 72 hours. The government shutdown has not affected our current workforce of military families.

We are answering phone calls during regular business hours (PST) and we are returning calls at this time.

STOCK UPDATE

All of our forged 80 percent products are out of stock. We are doing everything we can to reduce lead times on our out of stock products. We have implemented an email system, as well as hired additional people to help. Please bear with us through this stage as we grow to better serve our customers. PLEASE place your order only if you are willing to wait for your product(s). We do NOT want you to place an order if you are not 100 percent sure that you are willing to wait!

We are holding strong as one of the few companies that refuse to price gouge. Please be aware several of our distributors are already gouging us. There are products that we are now selling below our cost. If this continues, we will be forced to raise prices.

AR15 Lower Receivers (RAW)

We are shipping in chronological order. To date our shipping team is packaging up orders placed on January 7, 2013.

Those who ordered on or prior to January 7, 2013 can expect a shipment email with tracking information. If your order was placed after January 7, 2013; we will be getting to you soon as shipping will be chronological to order dates.

AR15 Lower Receivers (Anodized)

We are shipping in chronological order. We are currently shipping orders that were placed on December 30, 2012.

Those who ordered on or prior to December 30, 2012 can expect a shipment email with tracking information. If your order was placed after December 30, 2012; we will be getting to you soon as shipping will be chronological to order dates.

AR15 JIGS

ALL CUSTOMERS have been upgraded to a STEEL TOP PLATE, instead of aluminum.
We are shipping in chronological order. We are currently shipping orders that were placed on December 26, 2012.

AR10 Lower Receivers (RAW)

We are happy to announce all RAW AR-10 Lower Receivers will ship at the end of this week. Any customer waiting on an AR-10 Lower Receiver Order can come and pick-up at their earliest convenience.

AR10 Lower Receivers (Anodized)

All customers with an AR-10 Anodized Lower Receivers on order may come by Wednesday of next week to pick-up.

RUDIUS

A resolution to product issues has been reached with the manufacturer. As many customers already know, the first run lead to the Rudius redesign. After rejecting numerous samples, the last sample was received, it passed quality testing and production has begun.

At the beginning of the most recent production run an injection pin snapped and damaged the mold with a huge gouge (see Figure 1 below). We are happy to announce, as of today, the mold situation has been fixed and production will resume tomorrow. By the graces of GOD Rudius Grips will ship from the manufacturer to Ares Armor on Saturday. With no additional issues, and GOD willing, we will have parts in hand by next Friday.

When we begin shipping it will be done in chronological order - following suit with RAW, Anodized and Jig back-orders.
