You may pin and weld this device to a 10.5" barrel to make your barrel a
legal rifle length barrel or mount it without welding onto a 16� or longer
barrel.
b. This device is designed and intended to reduce felt recoil and muzzle climb.
c. This device is intended to be aesthetically AWESOME!
d. This device does not have threading on the forward portion of it, and is not
intended to be used as part of an assembly of a silencer, suppressor or
muffler.
e. This device does not diminish the sound of the firearm.

What is the legal definition of a
"Silencer"?
18 U.S.C. 921(a)(24): DEFINITIONS (FIREARM MUFFLER AND FIREARM

for silencing, muffling, or diminishing the report of a portable firearm,
including any combination of parts, designed or redesigned, and intended
for use in assembling or fabricating a firearm silencer or firearm muffler, and any part intendedonly for use in such assembly or fabrication.
Will the ATF determine this to be a
"Silencer"?
a. We are armed with previous determinations
from FTB that view similar products not to be a silencer. b. We disagree wholeheartedly with FTB's
determination in regards to SIG's product. However, this product is materially
different and goes above and beyond what is required to ensure that any
negative determination made by the FTB would be considered arbitrary, nascent,
and malicious.In an abundance of
caution we have written to FTB to ask their �opinion�. Should they make an incorrect determination
we will sue the ever living crap out of them... again...

Look, this thing is meant to grab the attention of everyone around and after the first round goes through it, you feel as though you just got punched in the head. The concussion, noise and overall this is a beast! Have it on a 10.5 inch barrel and it just flows so well.
